Ingredients: purified water, coconut oil, benonite clay, xylitol, cacao powder, calcium powder, bi-carb soda, pre-probiotics, peppermint or spearmint essential oils.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use just like other toothpastes twice a day. You only need the size of a pea on your toothbrush. You can either spit it out or swallow it as there ar ed no harmful ingredients.

I’ve used this toothpaste for years. It is AMAZING and lasts forever. Thankyou Belinda for such a great product, I can never go back to the other toothpastes as my teeth don’t feel clean.
I have the large size in my bathroom and the small size in my travel toiletry bag…
