Magnesium Body Butter

This is great for the relief of sore muscles, it also relieves and prevents cramps and muscle strains. Great for the sports person!
INGREDIENTS
Magnesium Chloride, virgin avocado oil, virgin coconut oil, raw shea butter, beeswax, water and French lavender essential oil.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
rub into your legs at night to prevent leg cramps. Massage into sore muscles or joints.
Do not use on senitive skin such as the face or on cuts as it may sting.
If the magnesium is too strong for your skin you can dilute it with a carrier oil suck as coconut, almond or olive oil.
